Chatham Monday 5 a side news | WEEK 8

In a thrilling week eight of the Chatham Monday 5-a-side football league, teams across Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 showcased some outstanding performances.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Bligh A Side outclassed Pain In Diaz FC with a resounding 6-3 victory. Cream Eggs stole the show with an impressive 10-3 triumph over Twin City FC. Sonny Varrall of Cream Eggs was the leading light, netting a remarkable six goals and earning himself the top scorer's title for Division 1 this week.

DIVISION TWO
Division 2 saw Stella Kings dominate JUGG&WOOD with a decisive 7-3 win. Gayson Mount squeezed out a 1-0 victory against Lads On Toure, while Workrate FC decimated Skinners Fc with a 12-3 win. In a closely contested game, Get Your Scally Out FC and Cokane United ended in a 2-2 draw. Arnold from JUGG&WOOD was the standout player, securing the title of top scorer in Division 2 with three goals.

DIVISION THREE
The action in Division 3 was equally thrilling. Club Tropicana Drinks FC and Expected To Loose battled to a 4-4 draw. FC Bottlejobs outplayed Barely Athletic, scoring 13 goals to their 3. In an exciting showdown, Renegade Blues were defeated 6-9 by Too Much Radio Not Enough Head.

As the season progresses, the competition continues to heat up. Fans are eager to see if the top scorers can hold their form and who will rise to the top in the coming weeks. With such competitive divisions, the Chatham Monday league continues to provide riveting football action every week.
