Chatham Monday 5 a side news | WEEK 8

In a pulsating evening of football, week 8 of the Chatham Monday 5-a-side league saw the players bring their A-game to the pitch. The night was filled with high-intensity matches, breathtaking goals, and stunning individual performances across all three divisions.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Cream Eggs emerged as victors in a goal-fest match against Unathletico Madrid, edging them out 6-4. The hero of the match was Sonny Varrall, who scored an impressive five goals for Cream Eggs, making him the top scorer in Division 1 this week. In the same division, BangBros FC demonstrated their dominance with a decisive 6-1 victory over the Holcombe Goons, while Borstal Tigers snatched the win from Bligh A Side with a thrilling 4-3 result.

DIVISION TWO
Division 2 also saw some high-scoring matches, with Skinners FC overrunning Club Tropicana Drinks FC 7-4. Andrew Skinner was the star, finding the net four times and claiming the top scorer title in Division 2. Cokane United recorded a clean sheet with a 5-0 win against Pain In Diaz FC, and Gayson Mount matched the feat by defeating Get Your Scally Out FC with the same scoreline.

DIVISION THREE
In Division 3, Too Much Radio Not Enough Head outclassed Barely Athletic with a 6-2 scoreline. Expected To Loose showed their dominance by defeating Puyol Pants Down 6-0, with Danny Muggridge scoring a total of 5 goals to become the top scorer in Division 3. Meanwhile, Lads On Toure defeated FC Bottlejobs 6-1, and Workrate FC carved out a hard-fought victory against Renegade Blues, winning 2-1.
