Chatham Monday 5 a side results round up!

It was week number 6 at our Chatham Monday 5 a side league last night and all teams were on show again as usual.

We start this week in Div 1 where the lead keeps changing hands with so many teams competing well in this division. Scottswood regain top spot in the division this week as they beat leaders at the start of play Special Olympiakos by just a single goal scored by Rob Kinzett. Crossley captain Dextter Roberts fired in 5 goals as his side won 8-1 against Dirt Washers to move into second spot. Hat-tricks from Mitch Agius and Harvey saw The Sniffers defeat a understrength Gylfi side 11-3 while Woodbleak's fine form continued as they defeated Get Your Scally Out FC 6-1, Clayton with a hat-trick in this one.

AC Me Rollin remain top of the Premier League after a 5-2 victory against Macs, Jeevan banging a hat-trick. Jordan Leach and Alex both hit braces for Cats On Tour as they rose to second in the table with a 7-2 win away to Skindogs Little Sausage. Jack Cooper scored a hat-trick for Walderslade Wanderers as they continue to find their form after a shaky start to the season with a 6-4 win over Pheasant Pluckers. Finally new boy's Workrate FC had a tough time against reigning champions Skinners, going down 14-1, Reece scoring an amazing 8 goals for Skinners.

Thank you to Ash and all our refs along with our teams. Hopefully you all enjoyed the new rules. Having played them myself I much prefer them, speeds up the game, less time wasting and easier for the refs. Will just take a few weeks to get used to the change.
