Congratulations to Retired FC & Skinners FC

The Chatham Monday 5 a side season came to a end last night as Retired FC and Skinners FC were both crowned Champions of their respective divisions. 

Retired FC were already confirmed as Premier Leagues champions before the final round of fixtures but finished off the season with a 6-2 victory against Scottswood to pick up another Chatham title to add to their growing collection. Well done to runners up Maradona Kebab who end the season in the runners up position, finishing with a 3-1 win over Weinsteins Wanderers. The other results in the Prem saw AC Me Rollin win 3-0 against Out On Bale FC, both teams dropping to Div 1.

Skinners were crowned champions of Div 1 as they finished top of the table not only from second but also third place with all 3 teams finishing on 12 points. They actually hung onto top spot after going down 3-1 to Bayer Neverlosen in their final match. Murder On Zidanes Floor picked up a points match win on the final day to finish second while 6* Skills held Stella Kings to a 2-2 draw which saw Kings narrowly miss out on promotion.
