Chatham Thursday 5 a side news | WEEK 8

In the latest round of the Chatham Thursday Football League, which took place last night, we saw an impressive display of skills, endurance, and teamwork in Division 1 and Division 2, with only two weeks remaining in the season.


DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, the competition was fierce. Bonnies Men In Blue had a tough night, losing 9-3 to Shades Of Skill in a thrilling and highly competitive game. Rochester FC also faced a challenging match against Medway 90, with the latter team clinching a narrow victory with a scoreline of 6-4. Meanwhile, Inter Yer Nan couldn't quite make it past Bendher Rovers FC, losing the game 6-3. Bendher Rovers FC's performance was significantly carried by the top scorer of the division, Ben Hall, who netted an impressive 4 goals.


DIVISION TWO
Moving on to Division 2, there was an undeniable highlight. Warren Wood Wanderers dominated the field with a staggering 10-1 victory over Rice Spice, showcasing an impressive performance. The star of the match was undoubtedly Ashley from Warren Wood Wanderers, who managed to score a total of 5 goals, marking him as the top scorer in Division 2.


As we approach the final two weeks of the season, the competition is heating up. With teams fighting for their placement next season, the remaining matches promise to be full of excitement and high stakes. Now is definitely the time to secure your place for the next season.
