As the thrilling eighth week of the Chatham Thursday Football League concluded last night, there was no shortage of excitement and competitive tension on the pitch. Teams from Division 1 and Division 2 battled it out, looking to secure their place for the next season with only two weeks left in the current season.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Bonnies Men in Blue managed to secure a narrow victory over Rainham 21 with a score of 2-1. The other match saw Rochester FC displaying an impressive performance, beating Deeney FC with a resounding 7-3 win. The star of the division this week was undoubtedly Joe from Rochester FC, who made an incredible contribution of 2 goals, leading his team to victory and making him the top scorer in Division 1.

DIVISION TWO
Meanwhile, in Division 2, the competition was no less fierce. Warren Wood Wanderers edged past Queens Park Strangers in a closely contested match, winning 2-1. A tense face-off saw Radar Raiders and Perrys draw with a score of 4-4. However, the standout performance came from Pain In Diaz FC who triumphed over Perrys Pastries with a final score of 6-4. Ethan from Pain in Diaz FC was the standout player, scoring a remarkable total of 4 goals, making him the top scorer in the division.

With only two weeks remaining, every match and every goal could potentially decide the fate of the teams for the next season.
