Chatham Thursday 5 a side news | WEEK 8

The Chatham Thursday 5-a-side football league continues to astound fans as we approached Week 8 of the season. The thrilling performances from the teams in Division 1 and Division 2 have kept spectators on the edge of their seats.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, the heat was palpable as Net6 N Chill drew 3-3 with Double Pogba And Koke, leaving both teams with a solid performance to reflect upon. Rochester FC dominated their game with an impressive score of 9-5 against Radar Raiders. Karl, the star player of Rochester FC, made headlines by bagging a total of 4 goals. His spectacular performance continues to keep him at the top of the score chart in Division 1. However, it was Bendher Rovers FC who emerged triumphant against Inter Yer Nan with a decisive score of 4-2.

DIVISION TWO
In Division 2, the competition was equally fierce. Mac 4 and Rice Spice fought a close battle that ended in Mac 4's favor with a score of 5-4. Shades of Skill emerged victorious against Perrys with a win of 5-3. The star player, Max De Bie of Shades of Skill, not only scored 4 goals but was also named the Most Valued Player of the week. Saka Potatoes couldn't keep up against Medway 90, which ended the game at 7-4.

With only two weeks of the season remaining, the competition continues to heat up. Teams are urged to secure their place for the next season soon. The suspense is building, and we can't wait to see what the next week brings us in the Chatham Thursday League.
