Chatham Thursday 5 a side news | WEEK 8

In the thrilling week 8 of the Chatham Thursday 5-a-side Football league, there were some exciting results that have set up an enthralling finish to the season. With only two weeks left, teams are battling it out to secure their places in the rankings for next season.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Radar Raiders made an impressive show against Bonnies Men In Blue with a victory of 6-2. Their triumph was a testament to their skill and strategy. Bonnies Men In Blue, however, had their own star in Brad Taylor, who managed to net two goals, making him the top scorer in Division 1 this week. In another thrilling match, Medway 90 narrowly edged out Rochester FC in a 4-3 victory. Meanwhile, Double Pogba And Koke secured a clean win over Inter Yer Nan with a 2-0 score.

DIVISION TWO
Over in Division 2, Bendher Rovers Fc and Shades Of Skill ended their game in a draw with four goals each. Deeney Fc claimed victory over Warren Wood Wanderers with a 2-1 scoreline. Lads On Toure also edged out Perrys with a 3-2 score. The top scorer of Division 2 was David Hall from Perrys who scored two goals.

The next two weeks will undoubtedly bring more thrilling action as the teams continue to compete for their spots in the next season. The league has provided a platform for local talent to shine, and it's clear that there's plenty of it in the Chatham area. Fans and players alike will be eagerly awaiting the upcoming matches, as we near the end of a fantastic season.
