Horncastle's 6-a-side Monday league rolled on this week with some action-packed games, including an exciting top-of-the-table clash between Ginger Gaffer FC and Moves Like Agger, which could have early implications on the title race. 

It was ultimately the reigning champions Ginger Gaffer who walked away with the win, but it was an expectedly tough game against their closest challengers. They beat Moves Like Agger 2-1 thanks to strikes from Ben Johnson and Daniel Nixon.

WAA FC claimed a comfortable 5-1 win over 6 Defenders, while ABCDE FC also won their match against Real Social Dads, thanks to a Paul Cox brace. Borussia Monchenflapjack climbed into third place, comfortably winning 4-0 against Beercelona. Adam Wilkinson was on hand to grab a hattrick, with Scott Buckley-Taylor scoring the fourth.
