Horncastle Monday 6-a-side: Winners Decided!

The Horncastle Monday 6-a-side delivered some smashing football this week at the Horncastle Playing Fields.

Ginger Gaffer FC wrapped up the title with three games to spare, but they had to work had for it against Pathetico Seniors. They did ultimately run out 3-2 winners thanks to a Daniel Nixon brace and Ollie Cranfield adding the third. 

Lallanas in Pyjamas beat Hardly Athletic to climb into second place in an eight-goal thriller, winning 5-3 thanks to a Ben Johnson masterclass where he bagged four, and Micky Johnson scoring the fifth. 

SV Werder Beerman got the better of Real Social Dads in another high-scoring encounter, winning 4-3. Beercelona took on Perak, as the latter edged out a 2-1 win, knocking Beercelona down the order.
