In a thrilling week of football, the High Wycombe Tuesday 6-a-side Football league saw some sensational games that set the pitch ablaze. The competition is half-way through its season, and the teams were out to prove their mettle.

In Division 1, the action started with a fierce contest between Akkers Elites and Galvins Galacticos. Akkers Elites emerged victorious with a solid 2-0 win, asserting their dominance on the field. Following this, Four Guinness’s turned the tables on Lost Potential with a 3-1 victory. The most exciting match of the evening was arguably between FC REAL AKA HP SAUCE and Kiss My Pass, with the latter edging out a 4-3 win in a goal-fest. Six Offenders had a challenging evening, losing 5-1 against Load Of Kaka. Wrapping up the Division 1 action, Serious 6s took a significant 5-2 victory over Luben Dias, demonstrating their serious intent.

Division 2 started with Asco FC taking on Big Seans Newborns, where Asco FC clinched a 3-1 win. Little Seans Pensioners displayed their prowess with a 5-3 win over Bucks N Baldies. Koch In Dias stunned Crown Town FC with an 8-2 victory, the highest scoring match of the day. To close the evening, Go Ahead Pigeons were defeated 2-0 by Disastra FC.

The week's top scorers prominently were Koch In Dias from Division 2, who scored a whopping 8 goals and Serious 6s from Division 1 with their 5 goals.

The High Wycombe Tuesday league continues to surprise and entertain with each passing week. As teams jostle for position, the second half of the season awaits with more intense battles, and we can't wait for it!
