Taking Le Tissier claim "team of the week"!

Out with the old and in with the new! 

We have seen a few teams leave the league over the last couple of weeks and a few join, so please bare with us and remember, if the team doesn't follow the rules and aren't a positive addition to the league, we will find new teams to replace them, so please respect the rules, the other teams and most importantly the referees! This is all part of the rebuild and refresh period that we are going through in our Nottingham leagues, which I'm sure you guys are all aware of. We are working hard to improve the leagues and give all of our teams the best 6 a side football experience that we can, so please do contact us with any feedback you may have!

Anyway! enough of that negativity, we all come and play football to enjoy ourselves, so let's get involve with what happened on Wednesday night....

TEAM OF THE WEEK!

Taking Le Tissier are rightful owners of the prestigious award this week. Rej Erey and his team really needed this victory to ensure they keep hold of 3rd place and gain themselves a 2 point cushion, should they need it. Had they lost they would've been down to 4th and only 1 point above the bottom of the league, but with that hard fought 3-2 win, they rightfully keep their position in 3rd and stay well clear of the wrong end of the table. Excellent performance from the lads that will no doubt give them the confidence they need going into next week, where they could now push for the title or 2nd place!
