APFC bounced back from their first defeat last week with a fantastic 3-0 victory over promotion contenders SBFC! MK Dongs rich vein of form continued as they beat Old heads 2-0.

Ice Pack who were watching over their shoulders after last week's defeat, got back to winning ways, beating league debutants Stella Courtois 6-1!
