Lichfield Monday Round Up 14/06

It was a fantastic night of action at King Eddies which saw all teams in attendance. We thank you all for your continued support and reliability. There were some brilliant games played put across both divisions as we move into the business end of the season!

Premier League

It's all to play for at the top! SMTM battled out to a 2-2 draw with ICE PACK to edge themselves clear at the top by a single point! Pjanic continued to keep up the pressure as they put 6 past Nione FC.

Colonel Getafe edged past SEBS FC 2-1 to move within two points of league leaders SMTM. 

Elsewhere, WS15 Wanderers kept alive their survival hopes with a brilliant 1-0 victory over APFC to move two points clear of the dropzone! 

Division 1 

Gangsta's Allardyce came out on top in the battle of top two with a fantastic 4-3 victory over fellow promotion contenders Pique Blinders. Stroke Titty continued their promotion charge with a 4-0 victory over Fradley Fab 6, who are now only outside the promotion places on goal difference!

Elsewhere, MK Dongs got back to winning ways with a very impressive 6-0 victory over Old Heads. Car Park FC kept their promotion dreams alive with a 5-3 victory over league newbies No SI No Party who made a solid debut.
