Lichfield Weekly News Round Up 09/09/2019

In the Premier division there were two closely fought contests. Nione FC returned to form after last week's defeat with a 2-0 victory over APFC, leapfrogging their opposition up to 3rd in the league. Show Me The Mane came out with a crucial victory over SBFC 2-0, joining them on 9 points.

In Division 1 there were notable victories for Ice Pack and Diet Coke Only FC with Ice pack continuing their push for promotion. There was also a goal fest between Old Heads and Southmill Soccer, Old heads coming out 4-2 victors in an end to end game. Finally, Byron Boyz continued their fine form with a 5-2 victory over Only Fools and Scorers.
