Play in the Guernsey Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Guernsey's Monday 6-a-side football league saw some thrilling action in its week 5 of the season. The Premier League witnessed some close games, while the new Division 1 had its fair share of high-scoring encounters as six new teams enjoyed their first week in the league!

In the Premier League, NottingYourMums Forest secured a narrow 4-3 win over Amigos, with their star striker, who scored a hat-trick of goals. Shane Schlong FC was in formidable form as they thrashed Class On GrassFC 6-0, with their top scorer finding the net thrice. Meanwhile, Held Capdevila and Slaughterhampton shared the spoils in a goalless draw. The game between Guernsey New Saints and G A W S F C saw the latter emerging victorious with a 2-0 scoreline.

In Division 1, Lads On Toure continued their winning run with a resounding 13-1 victory over The Corner Shop. Their prolific forward was in top form, scoring six goals to take his tally for the season to 13. Oddballs secured a comfortable 7-0 win over Aurigny, with their striker netting four times. Spud Gun FC was in no mood to take prisoners as they demolished Clarity Ltd 10-1, with their top scorer finding the net five times.

The league organiser expressed his delight at the competitive nature of the league this season. He also praised the top performers for their fantastic displays of skill and teamwork.
