WEEKLY UPDATE FROM THE GUERNSEY WEDS LEAGUE 30TH NOVEMBER

The new season in the Guernsey Wednesday 6 aside league held at KGV kicked off this week in fine style with all teams in attendance apart from Marlboro Touch. This was unusual as they had confirmed earlier in the week. We will be in contact with them to find out the reasons behind this and to ensure they will be back for next week.

Unfortunately we did have an issue in the match between Football Club FC and Cherry Poppers where in appropriate language was aimed at our officials . Obviously we do not tolerate this kind of behaviour and we will be contacting both teams and issuing fines to the persons involved. 

Although this league is currently full, we are always looking for teams in Guernsey as we look to extend this league and our Monday night league.
