In an exhilarating start to the new season, the Kirby Muxloe Monday 6-a-side Football League kicked off with a stunning display of talent and ferocity in the heart of Leicestershire. The league comprises three divisions: Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2.

In the Premier League, MelvinsMadHeads secured a hard-fought victory over Lord Of The Wings with a scoreline of 3-2. Kirby 6s and Hot Stepperz FC put on a masterclass with 6-3 and 6-1 victories over Random VI and True Geordies respectively. Slapperz FC also made their mark with a 4-1 win against Anstey Amateurs FC.

Division 1, on the other hand, saw Unathletico Madrid edge out Midland Foxes FC with a 2-0 result. Kirby Six Offenders overcame M K UNITED 3-1, while Netsix And Chill defeated Randles Rebellyon 3-1. In a tightly contested match, Task Force Vinod managed to beat Sevilla Depression 2-1.

Division 2 also saw its share of surprises with Rough And Heavy FC thrashing Xavi Dodgers 5-0, thanks to a standout performance from Jamie Fisher, who was named the most valued player of the week. LE3 ALCHYS recorded a 4-2 win over Fort Gang FC, while Puyol Pants Down triumphed over UFS with a 5-2 victory.

Overall, the top scorers in each division were Kirby 6s in the Premier League, Netsix And Chill in Division 1, and Rough And Heavy FC in Division 2.
