OPENING NIGHT SUCCESS FOR BAKEWELL 6 A SIDE LEAGUE

WHAT A NIGHT!! 

It was brilliant to see such a competitive and good natured 6 a side league come to the mighty BAKEWELL! All teams demonstrated the values that are central to what us here at Leisure Leagues bring. 

Berger King and '5 Guys and 1 Ball' both won highly entertaining first matches of the new league, both scoring 5 goals but equally being leaky at the back allowing for Streety Boys and Beers Fc to make the games a close high scoring encounter! 

The next 3 league matches all ended as draws with 2 x 2-2 draws between Fc Flagg / Mo Leicester city and Benteke Fried Chicken / ACC Boomers showing the competitive nature of the league. Team Ding and Norfolk in chance played out a cagey 1-1 with both sides to happy to start the season unbeaten and hopefully as the chemistry flows the goals will follow!
