Leisure Leagues Colchester & Tiptree 6 A Side Weekly Results

First up this week….. Sub Standard Liege Vs Ronaldoughnuts. A close game from start to finish that could have gone either way, but the final goal of the game was scored by Sub Standard to win the game 3-2. The win keeps Sub Standard in 7th place while Ronaldoughnuts climb up the league to 4th (by default).

Next up….Suffolk N Close Vs Pink & Well Miss it. Always going to be a tough game for Pink this one! Suffolk didn’t hold back and were on top from the KO! A final score of 6-2 to Suffolk was well deserved. Suffolk now climb up to 9th in the table while Pink remain at the bottom, still trying in vain to get their first point of the season.

Next up….Boisies Athletic Vs Fifty Shades of Oshea. This was always going to be a close game, but it was Boisies who showed the best form in both halves by winning the game 3-1. The win keeps Boisies in 2nd place while 50 shades move up to 5th (by default).

Next up…Cruise Control Vs the Champions ‘Out of Date Bread’. From the KO Out of Date Bread dominated in style! Cruise struggled to get a shot on target in both halves! Final score 7 nil to the Champions.  Cruise Control now drop to 7th position while the Champions remain in 1st spot!

Next up….The very in form Connors Cufty’s Vs league newbies ‘Wig out’.  Not the ideal 1st fixture for a new team, however!!!!! Wig Out were on all cylinders from the offset, while Connors struggled to get out of their own half! Final score a very impressive 10-2 win to Wig Out! That loss would have really hurt Connors, who now drop to 6th place.

Final game of the night….Fat Girls Get the Wettest Vs Heavy Touch FC. Both teams have struggled to get off to a good start this season, so a draw would have been a fair result here…and that’s exactly what we got ….final score 1-1.

Well done to all teams for arriving for their fixture on time. The league is very much open, so all still to play for.
