More Fantastic matches at Mildenhall Wednesday 6 a side

All 12 teams were in attendance again last night for another fantastic round of matches at our Mildenhall Wednesday 6 a side league at Mildenhall Hub. It's been a great season so far with plenty of close matches.

At the top of the Premier League West Row Gunners lead the way, however they've had 3 tough matches so far. Last night their striker Isaac Reyna smashed in 4 goals to help secure them a 5-3 win over STRangers, the win keeps their 100% record in tact. Reigning champions Pique Blinders took part in a game against Knappers which saw the keepers and defences largely on top, however Jordan stepped up to score the only goal of the game as the champions won 1-0. If that one was cagey the final Prem game ceetainly wasn't as Tekkerslovakia and Btownshaggers took part in a 5-5 draw, Tekkers striker Greg Rossier scoring all 5 for them.

Ipswich stay on course for the Div 1 title as they made it 3 wins from 3 with a thumping 11-3 victory over a previously unbeaten Knights United side. Ipswich captain Billy Proctor capped a man of the match performance performance with a hat-trick while Sam Bacon also scored a hatty, Jack Turner went one better with 4. Ethan FC are in second on goal difference as they kept their 100% record going too with a 2-0 win over Milburn United while I Hueng Me Son picked up their first win of the season against Only Kruls and Horses 2-1.

Thank you to our referee team of Brian, Phillip and Paul along with all our teams. See you next week for match day 4. Thanks Rich
