NEW MILDENHALL WEDNESDAY 6 A SIDE SEASON KICKS OFF

The inaugural week of the anticipated Mildenhall Wednesday 6 a side Football league marked the beginning of an exciting season, brimming with fierce competition and remarkable performances. The first matches set the tone for the high-stakes games, displaying the tenacity and skill of each participating team.

PREMIER LEAGUE

In the Premier League, the opening match exhibited a thrilling clash between Mclovin FC and AFC Albufeira. With a nail-biting finale, Mclovin FC edged out their rivals with a final score of 3 - 2. The star striker Jacob Gould dazzled us with his scintillating performance, scoring a crucial goal for Mclovin FC. With The Playground away last night Casuals picked up a win as did Joke Club due to the remaining space in the league.

DIVISION ONE

In the Division 1, Dream Team clashed with Galacticos FC in a one-sided game, dominating the field with 5 goals against 1. In the parallel match, Schindlers Assist eked out a narrow victory against Athletico Pathetico, finishing at 4 - 3. Luke Webb and Martin Turner of Schindlers Assist fired in with 2 goals, emerging as the top scorers in Division 1 this week. Lightning picked up a win with Ipswich away this week.

The star of the week was Martin Turner from Schindlers Assist. Demonstrating extraordinary skills and unwavering dedication, Turner was rightfully awarded the Most Valued Player of the week.
