Football Fever Sweeps Through Lincoln Monday League

The sixth week of Lincoln Monday, a sizzling 6-a-side Football league, wrapped up last night with adrenaline-pumping action across two divisions.

In Division 1, Black Carrot United exhibited dominant play to outdo Puyol Pants Down with a resounding 11-4 victory. Elsewhere, Only Put Matip In executed an impeccable performance, leaving Brake Yashins in their dust with an impressive 9-1 win. In a much more tightly contested game, Earth Wind And Maguire squared off against Insanity, with the latter edging out the former 2-1 in an intense matchup.

Over in Division 2, Ctrl Alt De Ligt served up some surprises against Odem Chicken Wingies, delivering an astounding 10-2 win. In other action, Hungry Jippos proved too strong for Mastur Bhino, taking the match 5-2.

The individual performances were no less spectacular. In Division 1, Black Carrot United's star striker led the charge with an incredible six goals, while in Division 2, a notable performance came from Ctrl Alt De Ligt's forward, who netted five goals, enabling his team to secure their 10-2 victory.
