Colchester - After another thrilling round of football matches in the Colchester Wednesday 6-a-side Football League, we bring you the week 6 round-up.

In the Premier League, the Alresford Vets were unable to find the back of the net and suffered a 4-0 defeat to FCC VETS. FC United Nations and Gorski Eagles ended in a 1-1 draw in a close-fought contest. Handball snatched a narrow win against Real Tey with a 3-2 victory. OutLawz showed their dominance, taking home a 3-1 victory over Old Mercenaries.

Switching our attention to Division 1, we witnessed some spectacular games. Castle Lions were left licking their wounds after a 8-0 thrashing by FC White Eagles. Chesterwell FC showcased their prowess on the field with a commanding 5-1 win over Hamilton Dads. Uber Groovy had a clean sheet victory of 5-0 against Kaizen FC. Tiptree Heath Vets FC edged past GRFC in a nail-biting 3-2 win. The Old Saints United demonstrated their superior skills with an 8-0 rout of Tey Old Fellas.

The top scorers in the Premier League were Handball and OutLawz, both scoring three goals each. Meanwhile, in Division 1, FC White Eagles and Old Saints United tied for the top spot, each team netting an impressive eight goals.
