Monday 11th July - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Nuneaton Academy Monday 6 a side league this week, with the only disappointment being a cancellation from Cat and Genny FC who've now been removed from the league due to inconsistency in recent weeks.

We are delighted to welcome a replacement team for the above, we wish Mick Huffers Seven good luck going into their first fixture on Monday 18th July as they line up against FC Benidorm.

Mass Debaters dropped to second despite their 3-1 win over BodysOnTheLine this week as Warriors got a 5-0 walkover.  The two meet next week in a big game early in the season where both will be looking to gain the upper hand in the title run in.  Haven't Got a Kalou were 6-1 winners over FC Benidorm in a rampant performance to get their first win of the season.

In Division One, Real Sosobad and TTAMMI have came flying out the blocks as both sit on maximum points so far.  Real Sosobad were lethal in front of goal this week as they ran out 9-1 winners over Champagne Super Rovers to boost their goal difference significantly and put them top.  TTAMMI were 2-1 winners over Murder on Zidane's Floor in a hard fought game, whilst Combo FC got their first win of the season as they picked up a solid 2-0 win over Dad Bod Athletic.
