Monday 11th March - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Academy Monday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night across both divisions as scheduled and some well competed matches played.

In the Premier League, Badboy FC dominated Marston Lane FC with a resounding 6-0 victory, demonstrating powerful offensive tactics. In a nail-biting game, Newdigate United narrowly defeated Wootton Street Wanderers 2-1, while The Manor FC demonstrated their football prowess by trouncing Lemon FC 6-0. However, the standout game of the evening was a fierce contest between Haven’t Got A Kalou and Mass Debaters, which concluded with the Debaters emerging victorious with a solid 4-2 win, showcasing their defensive capabilities.

Over to Division 1, Dad Bod Athletic secured a tight 1-0 victory over INNAGE PARK FC, whereas MenBehavingChadli displayed an incredible performance, thrashing Ball Of Duty 6-2. The highlight of Division 1 was undoubtedly the game featuring Shaktar Senseless, who handed out a footballing masterclass to Only Fools N Scorers, routing them 7-0 in a game that proved their title credentials.
