Monday 13th February - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Academy Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night barring an extremely late cancellation from Warriors who we thank for making contact and look forward to seeing return on Monday 20th February.

Champions elect Mass Debaters were not letting their foot off the gas despite confirming the title already, they want to make it ten wins on the spin and brushed aside Murder on Zidane's Floor at ease, running out 5-1 winners.  Elsewhere TTT Return continue to make progress since joining, they were 4-0 victors against Dad Bod.

In Division One, Farcelona missed the chance to confirm the title as the leaders were held to a goalless draw by a dogged Royal Dyche FC side, allowing Konig UK a chance going into the final week of the campaign as they ran out 3-1 winners over Mick Huffers Seven.  New boys Hearty FC got their second win on the spin this week since joining, they were rampant 7-0 winners over Champagne Super Rovers.
