Monday 15th January - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Nuneaton Academy Monday 6 a side league this week.  We were however disappointed to see a non-attendance from Points on Tick who've now been removed with immediate effect.  We will post details of a replacement team as soon as we have one.

In the Premier League, Badboy FC put on a commanding performance against Only Put Matip In, winning with a decisive 5-1 scoreline. Marston Lane FC edged past Shaktar Senseless in a tightly contested match ending 2-1, while Wootton Street Wanderers secured a comfortable 3-1 victory over MenBehavingChadli. The night's most nail-biting game turned out to be the fixture between Haven’t Got A Kalou and Mass Debaters, with the latter scraping through with a 1-0 win.

In Division 1, Newdigate United emerged victorious over Dad Bod Athletic with a strong 4-1 win. The night's highlight, however, was the thrilling 4-4 draw between The Manor FC and INNAGE PARK FC, with both teams refusing to give up till the last whistle.

We wish all teams good luck going into the next round of fixtures with Nuneaton's premier providers of small sided football.
