Monday 17th April - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

Welcome to the match round-up for the Nuneaton Monday 6-a-side league held at Nuneaton Academy Sports Centre. All teams attended across the division for some excellent matches, and the results were as follows:

In the Premier Division, Haven't Got a Kalou emerged victorious with a 2-0 win over Hearty FC. It was a tight game, with both teams creating several chances. Haven't Got a Kalou opened the scoring in the first half with a well-placed shot from outside the box. Hearty FC tried to equalize in the second half but were unable to break through the solid defense of Haven't Got a Kalou. The latter sealed the game with another goal in the dying minutes of the match.

In the second match of the Premier Division, Mass Debaters defeated Unreal Madrid with a 2-0 scoreline. The game was a well-contested affair, with both teams displaying their attacking prowess. Mass Debaters managed to take the lead early in the first half with a clinical finish. Unreal Madrid tried to equalize, but Mass Debaters' defense held strong. Mass Debaters added another goal in the second half to seal the game.

In the last match of the Premier Division, TTT Return defeated Konig UK with a 1-0 scoreline. It was a closely contested game, with both teams trying to break the deadlock. TTT Return managed to score the decisive goal in the second half, which proved to be enough to secure the win.

In Division One, Dad Bod Athletic secured a 1-0 win over Dodwells 1581. It was a tight game, with both teams struggling to create clear-cut chances. Dad Bod Athletic managed to take the lead in the second half with a well-placed shot. Dodwells 1581 tried to equalize but was unable to break through the resolute defense of Dad Bod Athletic.

In the second match of Division One, Mick Hufflers Seven registered a convincing 3-0 victory over Warnock Wanderers. Mick Hufflers Seven dominated the game from the start and scored two quick goals in the first half. Warnock Wanderers tried to mount a comeback in the second half but were unable to break through Mick Hufflers Seven's defense. The latter added another goal to seal the game.

In the final match of Division One, Lads Army defeated Murder on Zidane's Floor with a 2-0 scoreline. It was a closely contested game, with both teams trying to break the deadlock. Lads Army managed to take the lead in the first half with a well-placed shot. Murder on Zidane's Floor tried to equalize in the second half but was unable to break through the resolute defense of Lads Army. Lads Army added another goal in the dying minutes of the match to secure the win.
