Monday 28th February - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football this week in the Nuneaton Academy Monday 6 a side league, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only exception being a late cancellation from Bog Standard Liege who we thank for getting in touch and look forward to welcoming back next week!

Warriors made it 8 not out this week as they keep their perfect record going, they were made to work for the points this week as they overcame a much improved this season TTT, 2-0 the final score as TTT drop to fourth.  Mass Debaters remain in second place as they ground out a hard fought 1-0 win against Dad Bod Athletic, whilst Cat and Genny now occupy third place after they were 5-2 winners over bottom team TTAMMI.  

Roll on Roll Off continue to improve as they get to grips with the league, they were emphatic 9-1 winners against Haven't Got a Kalou this week, whilst Konig UK scored a 1-0 win against Murder on Zidane's Floor who played their second game with us.

We are pleased to see the league running as smoothly as it is at present and thank all teams for their continued reliability in this regard.
