Monday 29th January - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was another superb evening's football in the Nuneaton Monday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance across both divisions for their matches and some well competed fixtures played.

In the Premier League, Badboy FC showed their might, defeating Shaktar Senseless 2-0 in a compelling match. In a close contest, MenBehavingChadli scraped past Only Put Matip In with a 2-1 victory. Marston Lane FC and Mass Debaters fought to a 2-2 standstill, while Haven’t Got A Kalou showed their offensive prowess, trouncing Wootton Street Wanderers 6-1.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, the heat was equally on. Dad Bod Athletic outclassed INNAGE PARK FC with a 4-1 win. The match between Newdigate United and Curryshowers FC ended in favour of Newdigate United, who secured a 3-1 victory. The Manor FC edged Goal Goal Power Rangers 2-1 in a nail-biting finish. Paqueta Kenny, in a similar fashion, won their tight match against ClassOnGrass 2-1.
