Monday 4th July - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Academy Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, including new team BodysOnTheLine who made their debut in the league and picked up an impressive 2-2 draw against FC Benidorm in their first game.

Mass Debaters and Warriors got their second wins in a row this week but both had to work for it, Warriors eventually edged past Haven't Got a Kalou by 2 goals to 1, whilst Mass Debaters were 3-1 victors over Cat and Genny.

TTAMMI's recent improvement in form continues, they start the campaign with a second win in a row as they were 3-2 victors over Combo FC in a hard fought game.  Real Sosobad also have a maximum return after the opening two, they were 5-1 winners against Dad Bod Athletic in a good performance, and Murder on Zidane's Floor were big winners of the night as they thrashed Champagne Super Rovers 7-0.
