It was a fantastic end to the season in the Nuneaton Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night for the final round of fixtures of the campaign.
In the illustrious Premier League, Norfolk N Chance stood victorious with a total of 16 points and 8 wins, capping off their season with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over EEFC. Their offensive prowess and remarkable defense have been the talk of the season.
Division 1 was dominated by Puyol Pants Down, who secured the top spot with 17 points and an impressive 8 wins. They concluded the season on a resounding note, with their robust gameplay and strategic prowess evident in their matches. One of the highlights of this division was FRESHIES' 7-2 rout over Barely Athletic.
Age Doesn't Mateta reigned supreme in Division 2, amassing 18 points and 8 wins. Their final week saw a nail-biting match against Rainbow Sparkles that ended in a goalless draw, a testament to both teams' formidable defense.
Division 3 saw Atherstone United clinch the top spot with 14 points and 7 wins. They took the reins in a tight 1-0 victory over Tiki Tanaka, showcasing their defensive prowess. However, the high scoring game of this division was between Tuffnells FC and Lads On Toure, which ended 5-4 in favor of the latter, demonstrating the intense competition in this division.
