Sunday 18th May - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Nuneaton Sunday 6 a side league overall this week.  We did have a handful of teams missing, all of which will be confirmed to return on Sunday 25th May.

In the Premier League division, Challenged FC narrowly lost to EEFC in a thrilling 2-3 match. In another encounter, The Allies FC edged out Expected Toulouse in a thrilling 4-3 victory, displaying their determination and grit. Norfolk N Chance also earned a noteworthy 2-0 victory over Age Doesnt Mateta, further heating up the competition in the Premier League.

Division 1 witnessed a fierce competition between Pepe Pig and Borussia Teeth, with the latter emerging victorious with a 2-1 score. The match between Dirty Burts Army and Hardly Athletic ended in a goalless draw, leaving both teams hunting for crucial points in the upcoming weeks.

In Division 2, Rubbergently pulled off a narrow 4-3 win against Shanti Town FC, marking a captivating end to the division's game for the week.

The Division 3 games saw Extra Special Ones secure a clean 2-0 victory over Rainbow Sparkles and Ricky Spanish FC trounced Tuffnells FC with a 3-0 scoreline. Salah-vation Army managed a 3-1 victory against Bayer Neverlosen, concluding the week's matches on a high note.
