Sunday 1st March - Nuneaton Round-Up
It was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Academy Sunday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night barring Mass Debaters who have been spoken to and confirmed their return on Sunday 8th March.
Boogaloo FC remain top of the table after they won 4-1 against Cheeky Milandos this week, whilst Inter YN moved above Misfits and into second place after they beat them 4-2 this week in an entertaining clash. Exeter Gently moved out of the bottom two with a 7-0 victory over Sky Blues 87.
Slippery Gecko moved to the top of the table this week after a 3-0 viictory over Egg Fried Reus, whilst Reiss' Set Pieces dropped their first points of the campaign losing out 3-1 to Extra Special Ones who went fifth. Third placed Hardly Athletic were the biggest winners in Division One after they thrashed Flash's Young Boys 6-1. Dixy Pigeons tightened the league table up as they ran out 3-2 winners against Borussia Teeth meaning just one point now separates five teams.
