This week's Nuneaton Academy Sunday 6-a-side league saw some thrilling action taking place as teams from the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 battled it out on the field. With only two weeks left in the current season, teams are eager to get vital points on the board to finish as high as possible in their respective divisions.

In the Premier League division, Borussia Teeth secured a 2-0 win against Extra Special Ones, while Wanyamas In Pyjamas emerged victorious with a 3-0 win against Gylfis Young Boys. THE ALLIES FC proved too strong for Jack's Army, winning 4-0, while Misfits thrashed Tuffnells FC with a 5-0 scoreline.

In Division 1, Birdies Boys held off Dixy Pigeons to secure a 1-0 win, while Homo Sissoko and Kroos Control FC played out a 1-1 draw.

In Division 2, Jubilee Juggernauts and Globo Gym Purple Cobras played out to a 2-2 draw, while Sky Blue Army dominated  new boys Kevos Kids who made their debut, Sky Blues running out 5-0 winners. Meanwhile, Schindlers Assist was no match for Unipart United, who won convincingly with a 7-1 scoreline.

As the season draws to a close, teams will be looking to secure their position for the next season. The next two weeks are crucial, and every game counts. With some impressive performances from the top goal scorers, it's clear that there will be some exciting games in store for the remainder of the season.
