Sunday 25th May - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

it was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance barring a few who had given notice due to the Bank Holiday weekend.  We look forward to getting the league back to full strength on Sunday 1st June and seeing those teams back with us.

In the highly competitive Premier League, Norfolk N Chance lived up to their reputation with a crushing 15 - 0 victory over Expected Toulouse. The team demonstrated their superior skills and team play, solidifying their dominance in the league.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Ligmatip emerged victorious over Pepe Pig with a 5 - 2 win. The match was an impressive demonstration of offensive strategy, with Ligmatip successfully breaking down the defense of Pepe Pig.

The Division 2 match ended in a rare draw with the Shanti Town FC and The Mighty Six locking horns in a goalless contest. Both teams showcased strong defensive structures, making it difficult for the opponents to find the net.

In the Division 3 category, Ricky Spanish FC proved to be too much for Salah-vation Army, recording a 6 - 1 win. On the other hand, Rainbow Sparkles brightly shined against Tuffnells FC, securing a 5 - 0 victory.
