Sunday 8th December - Nuneaton Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening of 6 a side football in Nuneaton on Sunday with the only disappointment being a second consecutive failure to attend from Deportivo LF who've now been removed from the league immediately.  it is always frustrating when team's don't have the courtesy to inform us they are unable to attend a game.

Exeter Gently moved four points clear at the top of the Premier Division as they beat Inter YN 3-0, this coupled with Sky Blues 1-0 defeat to Mass Debaters meant it was a good day for them overall.  Jack's Army moved up to second place following their 5-0 win, whilst Hardly Athletic and Boogaloo played out an entertaining 2-2 draw, a result which moved Hardly closer to safety as they're now level on points with 6th place.

In Division One Dixy Pigeons moved up to fourth place following their hard fought 1-0 win over 5 and a Half Men who remain in 7th spot.  That result means Dixy are now just a point off third placed Cheeky Milandos who were held to a surprising 2-2 draw by Flash's Young Boys.  Extra Special Ones were convincing 3-0 winners over Egg Fried Reus.  There are now only three points separating the top four teams in what is a competitive division.

There is now just one team space available in each league at present.  Sign up today to avoid disappointment and get playing immediately in the league of your choice.  There is a one off Entry Fee of £25 payable by Debit or Credit Card upon signup, however this is reduced to just £10 for the next team application!
