Monday 30th March - Walsall Round-Up

The Walsall Monday 6 a side football league kicked off its season last night with a flurry of goals and intense match-ups across all divisions.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LEAGUE IS CANCELLED FOR ONE WEEK ON MONDAY 6TH APRIL DUE TO EASTER BANK HOLIDAY.  WE RETURN AS PER FIXTURES ONLINE FROM MONDAY 13TH APRIL AND LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE BACK FOR THESE MATCHES.  WE HOPE EVERYONE HAS A CRACKING EASTER.

In the Premier League division, Botty Dem started their season on a high note with a 4-2 win against Wiggins Pinner Returns. Tittys Bounce Back narrowly edged out Dickens Cider 4-3 in a tightly contested battle, while Get Ya Freak On managed to secure 3 points with a 2-1 win over Inter Yer Nan.

The drama continued in Division 1 as ChubbyChasersFC dominated Scott's XI with a stunning 7-2 victory. Similarly, Getafe My Lawn outpaced Netsix And Chill with a 5-1 scoreline, and Handcuffs Utd showed their might by crushing Lads On Toure 7-1.

In Division 2, AFC Shitmond took down Tiki Takid FC 5-3 in a thrilling encounter, whereas No Clean Sheets and Don't Touch My Kodjia couldn't break the deadlock, ending the game with a 0-0 draw.

Division 3 saw a closely fought contest between Vegas Degenerates and Ajang FC, ending in a 4-3 win for Ajang FC. The Adams Family were defeated by IBT Dream Team 9-2, and Save Shane's Turtle ended up drawing 2-2 with Pathetico Madrid.

Finally, in Division 4, Scratta Athletic managed a 2-1 win over 5 Men And A Baby. Kits In The Boot demolished Arsen Wemma FC 7-0, and AFC Croft claimed victory over BFC 5-1.
