Sunday 18th February - Walsall Oak Park Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Oak Park Sunday 6 a side league overall this week.  We were however disappointed to see a non-attendance from Youripean Tour who we look forward to seeing return this weekend after they confirmed they will be back.

The Premier League division saw a remarkable performance from Pique Blinders, defeating Cardiac Saggy Breasts with a score of 4-1. The Blinders showcased their exceptional skills and team spirit, leading them to victory. Their offensive line was a spectacle to behold, displaying an impressive 4 goal feat that left their opponents trailing behind.

On the other side of the pitch, Growler FC faced off against Sporting Stonnall in a head-to-head battle. Growler FC emerged victorious, seizing a 2-0 win. Their defense was nearly impenetrable, allowing zero goals from Sporting Stonnall..

These results have set the tone for the remainder of the season, with teams now gearing up for an even more exciting and competitive week 8. The Premier League division of the Walsall Sunday 6 a-side League continues to be a testament to the skill, talent, and extraordinary sportsmanship exhibited by all participating teams. With each week, the stakes are raised higher and the anticipation for the next games intensifies.

We wish all teams good luck going into the next round of fixtures with Walsall's premier providers of small sided football!
