Thursday 21st September - Walsall Oak Park Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Thursday 6 a side league this week overall.  We had a non-attendance from Budgie Neck who failed to make any contact, and as such have been removed from the league. 

We are delighted to welcome back She Licked Matip to the league after a few months out!  We wish these good luck going into their first game on Thursday 28th September as they play Bryan Munich!

On the pitch, one of the most notable matches was a thrilling encounter between Schmeichel Jackson and FC Bin Lid. Schmeichel Jackson managed to gain an edge over their competitors with a 1-0 victory. This narrow win surely reflects the exciting season ahead as teams of the Premier League division set the bar high.

The second Premier League match of the evening was just as thrilling. Taccy Rumpas FC took on Bryan Munich and emerged victorious with a 2-1 win. This game showcased exemplary tactics and fierce determination of the Walsall Thursday Football League.
