Thursday 9th February - Walsall Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Thursday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance barring a late cancellation from Stroke Titty which was a shame as the game against Smoke could've been a big game in the title race!  They return as normal on Thursday 16th Feburary.

We welcomed two new teams to the league this week and both look good additions standard wise.  Ball of Duty have played with us on a Monday before, and, although they were beaten 4-1 by Bryan Munich who themselves have recently improved, they look like they will be competitive.

Coney's Calves were another new team, and claimed a 4-3 win over Dude Where's My Ladders on their debut week as they look another useful addition.

Unprotected Cesc moved up to second spot as they were dominant 8-2 winners against Dennis' Disciples.
