Thursday 14th March - Walsall End of Season Round-Up

It was an excellent end to the season in the Walsall Thursday 6 a side league which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some excellent matches played across both divisions.

Congratulations to Rude Van Nipplejoy who finished the season as champions of the Premier Division, with an impressive points return of 24 from 28 available, they capped off a superb campaign with a 3-1 win over Bokoty.

In Division One, Welch Wanderers didn't let last weeks defeat by second place bother them too much and stuck to the task at hand, and recorded a very impressive 6-0 win over Blackcountry Lads to seal the title in style, even more impressive as they already knew that Anonymous had won 4-0 earlier in the night so nothing but a win would do.

We will be in contact with all team captains by Monday to confirm their kick off information for the new season which starts on Thursday 21st March.
