Another Action-Packed Week at Telford Sunday 6-a-side

Football enthusiasts witnessed yet another compelling night of football as week 6 of the Telford Sunday 6-a-side Premier League took place at Oakengates.
Meanwhile, The Colonels were in top form as they overcame Hardly Learning FC 4-2 and further strengthened their 2nd position in the league table. A terrific hatrick from Harvey and a strike from Samuel gave their side a well-earned 2 points. Hardly talisman Andy was in the goals again with yet another strong performance up front but ultimately it wasn't enough on this occasion.
In another high-scoring match, Rowdy FC registered an emphatic 6-0 victory against high flying AUFC. The standout player was Callum Knowles from Rowdy FC. The agile and skillful player showcased a stunning performance, scoring 2 terrific goals. The win gives Rowdy clear breathing space at the top as they aim for consecutive title wins. AUFC FC will be disappointed having played far better in previous games.
As the Telford Sunday league marches into its seventh week, we eagerly await more  exciting clashes as the teams continue to vie for the top spots in the division.

The Premier League division saw a titanic clash between Albrighton Cc and new side Inter The Pub, which ended in a close call victory for Inter The Pub, 3-2. We were on the edge of our seats throughout this end-to-end match as both sides put in high energy performances. A hatrick from Inter's Andy proved decisive as he announced his arrival to the league with a stellar performance to give his side the victory. A goal from Rob and an own goal replied for Albrighton.

However, the performance of the evening belonged to Brexit Beautys, who routed Tea And Busquets 5-0. The returning Freddie bagged himself 3 goals as Tea and Busquets paid for their profligacy in front of goal. Despite their handsome win, the match could have had a much closer scoreline had Busquets bought their shooting boots. However it was an impressive victory for Brexit nonetheless.
