EASTER HOLIDAY- LEAGUE RESUMES APRIL 27TH

Play in the Telford Sunday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Please be reminded that our Telford Sunday League is closed for the Bank Holiday weekend.

We wish all teams a fantastic Easter Weekend. The leagues resumes as normal on April 27th.

In the Premier League division, spectators watched with bated breath as the teams battled it out. Inter The Pub and Murder On Zidanes Floor were locked in a 1-1 deadlock, both sides showcasing their defensive prowess. The clash between Immi FC and Joga Bonito ended in a narrow 2-1 victory for the former, while UNATHLETIC BILBAO pipped Tea And Busquets in a nail-biting 3-2 win. Marcel from UNATHLETIC BILBAO emerged as the top scorer of the division, netting two goals to his name.

The action in Division 1 was equally intense. Expected Toulouse FC succumbed to a 4-2 loss at the hands of the Wonky Walkers. Puyol Pants Down dominated FAKE MADRID, securing a 5-0 victory, thanks to a hat-trick from Will, who topped the division's scoring chart. A single goal was enough for Avengers FC to overcome TF Reds, while Cage Lads triumphed over El Parado Bailo with a 4-1 scoreline.

Finally, tightly fought matches were the order of the day in Division 2. Athletic Dildao and Blood Sweat And Beers shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw, while Bates Boys overcame Egg Poachers 2-0. Ballbaggies carved out a 4-2 win against Spachester United, with Leo Evans bagging a brace for the latter, earning him the division's top scorer title for this week. Telford's Twits and Scrambled Legs, however, failed to break their goalless deadlock.

As week two of the Telford Sunday league wraps up, the action on the field is heating up, promising a thrilling season ahead for the fans.
