Title: ELECTRIFYING MATCHES LIT UP TELFORD SUNDAY FOOTBALL LEAGUE

It was great to welcome so many new teams to the league on Sunday evening to our Telford 6-a-side league!

In the Premier League division, Jelly Baby FC beat title rivals Bongo Locos FC with a score of 4-2. The star of the match was undoubtedly Ben, who scored an incredible total of four goals for Jelly Baby FC, earning him the title of top scorer in the Premier League division this week. Bilbao kept their title hopes alive with a 3-0 victory over TTFC. Tea and Busquests were very impressive in a 5-2 victory over Wheelchair Wanderers. Murder on Zidanes Floor replace Realsoogood in the Premier League from next week!

Meanwhile, in the Division 1 games, Avengers FC emerged victorious against TF Reds with a solid 4-1 win. The spotlight was on Brogan, who netted two goals for Avengers FC and clinched the top scorer title for Division 1. Nothing could separate Inter the Pub and Scrambled Legs as they battled to a 1-1 draw whilst Immi FC and Ave It United ended in a similar fashion. Finally, Blue Balls steered themselves away from the relegation zone with a 1-0 victory over Athletic Dildao.

The Division 2 league games were not without their share of excitement. Spachester United secured a decisive 4-0 victory over Super Suzies Singles, while the Bates Boys triumphed over Blood Sweat and Beers with a 3-0 win. Evan emerged as the top scorer of Division 2, after scoring two commendable goals for Bates Boys.
