TEAM REMOVAL- We have taken the decision to remove the team '79 Freeston FC' from the league with immediate effect.  This follows their behaviour towards their opponents yesterday evening.  

We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse in our leagues and we will remove any teams who are deemed to be behaving in a way which is not in keeping with the standards of Leisure Leagues. Anybody who jeopardises the enjoyment of others will be removed from the league immediately.

 

In the Premier League, Murder on Zidanes Floor seemed to be unstoppable as they ran riot over Banterlona scoring 3 goals without reply. Leading the charge was Niall, who bagged a hat-trick, establishing himself as the top scorer of the division this week. Elsewhere, FC Gazzinhios emerged victorious over Zinhios FC with a 2-1 scoreline, while Puyol Pants Down succumbed to a 4-1 defeat at the hands of The Jockeys. Furthermore, CAST XI secured a dominant 5-0 win over Inter The Pub to round off the action in the top division.

Moving on to Division 1, TF Reds fell short against BBFC in a tightly contested match that ended 1-0. Scrambled Legs edged a 2-1 victory over Wonky Walkers, while Tea and Busquets recorded a comfortable 3-1 win over SD Strikers. The standout player in Division 1 was Callum, who scored two significant goals for Tea and Busquets, topping the scorers chart for the week in this division.

In Division 2, the drama unfolded further. Bates Boys steamrolled 79 Freeston Fc with an impressive 5-0 win, while Muffield United and REAL SOSOBAD played out an exciting 5-5 draw. Egg Poachers and FAKE MADRID shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw, and ARJEN Robben Me bagged a narrow 3-2 win against Athletic Dildao. Theo Morris of Muffield United emerged as the hero of the week in division 2, netting four goals in his team's thrilling draw.
