In a thrilling sequence of matches last night, the Telford Sunday 6-a-side football league heated up for its second week of the season, showcasing some impressive performances across all divisions.

In the Premier League, it was a night of high drama and competitive spirit. Banterlona went head-to-head with FC Gazzinhios, with the latter clinching victory by a narrow margin of 3-2. However, the undisputed highlight of the night was SD Strikers' power show against The Jockeys, ending in a staggering 11-4 victory for the Strikers. This commanding performance was led by the top scorer of the division, Lewis Macleod, who smashed an outstanding seven goals securing a momentous win for his team.

In Division 2, ARJEN Robben Me and Lads On Toure played out a goalless draw. Whilst Muffield United defeated Real Dreadful by  2 goals to 1. Only Fools And Oldies, however, put in the performance of the evening, outshining Athletic Dildao  3-1. Will lead the score charts with a total of two goals.

As the Telford Sunday league moves into its third week, the teams will be looking to build on this week's results.
