Play in the Telford Sunday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Sports fans were treated to a thrilling spectacle yesterday evening as week 10 of the Telford Sunday 6-a-side Football League unfolded.

In the Premier League division, the matches were fiercely contested. FC Fried and FC Gazzinhios played to a 1-1 draw. Swan Sunday 6's, despite a valiant effort, were pipped at the post by the Cage Lads, with a scoreline of 2-3. However, the standout game of the night was undoubtedly Nulty FC's clash with The Jockeys, which saw Nulty FC emerge victorious with a 4-2 win. The night belonged to Dan B of Nulty FC who topped the scoring charts in the Premier League division with three goals.

The action in Division 1 was equally riveting. Bates Boys and Tea And Busquets locked horns and ended with a 1-1 stalemate. Merchant FC and Inter The Pub also shared the spoils with a 2-2 draw. Meanwhile, Snorting Lisbon FC managed to eke out a 1-0 win against Telford Tossers. 

In Division 2, there were no shortage of goals. Average Joe’s fell to Enjoy Your 3 Points with a 1-2 defeat, Chilly Willy Wanderers were edged out by Friggin Athletic with the same scoreline, and ARJEN Robben Me also succumbed to Badmaston by a 2-1 margin. The match of the division was Universal Credit FC against Crouch Potatoes, with the latter winning an enthralling encounter 6-4. The top scorer of Division 2 was Jack W of Crouch Potatoes, who found the net thrice.
