An exciting final night at six a side St Neots!

It was great to see all teams in attendance for the final games of the season at Leisure Leagues 6 a side league in St Neots! Congratulations to this season's league winners, Tekkerslovakia of the Premier Division and Inter Yournan in Division One! Commiserations to runners up DCDC and Law Abiding Sigurdssons.

Well done to top goalscorers Nathan for DCDC FC and Evan Walker for Law Abiding Sigurdssons!

Premier Division

Our first game of the night in our Premier Division was SMD taking on Dolce & Lallana. SMD's Moomith Ullah channelled his inner Erling Haaland on the night bagging three goals alongside two goals from George Grant, whilst Dolce & Lallana could only manage one in reply from Ewan Andrews in a 5-1 win for SMD.

Aston Villagers took on KRBodge in our second game of the night with both needing points. It was KRBodge that put on a spectacular performance with goals from Aiden Howard, Jordan Cobb and Kurt Hassell in a 3-0 victory for KRBodge.

Our final fixture of the night was the blockbuster the neutral had been waiting for, winners of this fixture would take the league title. Goals for Tekkerslovakia through Rueben Snooks and Jack Spavins saw DCDC needing to score three to win the title. Nathan and Adam Henner could only manage one each meaning that Tekkerslovakia won the title by +2 goal difference after a 2-2 draw.

Division One

Our night kicked off in Division One in a 7 goal thriller from New Boys against Inter Yournan. Two goals for Jack Hall and Jordon Holdaway saw Inter Yournan take the victory with two in reply from Jez Huggins and one from Jake Powell as it finished 4-3 to Inter Yournan.

ATG No Idea with a spring in their step employing the dynamic duo of Alex Hockey and Pete Smith bagging 3 from Alex and 4 from Pete saw them demolish a strong The Kiddos side, who saw all three of their goals scored by Jenson Stone in a 7-3 win for ATG No Idea.

The big shock of the night was Grop United against Law Abiding Sigurdssons. With Grop needing to get some points on the board, it was a goal each from Ed Martin and Seb Jones which saw them take the two points in a 2-1 win for Grop, with just a single goal in reply for Sigurdssons from Evan Walker.
