Goals galore at St Neots 6 a side league

It was great to see all teams bar one in attendance for another great round of fixtures at Leisure Leagues 6 a side at One Leisure in St Neots. Congratulations to Premier Division title winners DCDC who have won the title from last season's winners Tekkerslovakia.

Premier Division

Law Abiding Sigurdssons took on Tekkerslovakia in our first game of the night, with Tekkerslovakia proving to be too strong for Sigurdssons. Goals for Ben Wilson, Ben Stokes and Evan Walker for Sigurdssons was not enough as Tekkerslovakia captain Zach Wilson bagged two, alongside a hattrick for Harry Dynes and one from Oli Swinscoe in a 6-3 win for Tekkerslovakia.

Newer Boys were due to take on SMD in this weeks fixture, but with SMD pulling out Newer Boys took the points in a points match against Tekkerslovakia.

Title chasers The Bodge took on DCDC FC in a highly contested fixture. DCDC came out on top with captain Sully scoring and Nathan and Matt Larkman bagging two each. Curtis Hassall got on the scoresheet for The Bodge but it wasn't enough as DCDC ran out 5-1 winners.

A very light Aston Villagers side took on Dolce & Lallana in our last game of the night and it wasn't to be for Aston Villagers. Dolce & Lallana ran riot with 5 goals from Alfie, 5 for Ewan Smith, 2 for Junior Heath and one for Jack Carey in a 13-0 win.

Division One

Our first game of the night was Double Pogba & Koke taking on ATG No Idea FC. A close game saw Double Pogba captain Jordon Holdaway bag two, with Olly Woodward getting booked and Shaun Bell-Gibson bagging for ATG No Idea in a 2-1 win for Double Pogba and Koke.
