ST NEOTS 6-A-SIDE MONDAY LEAGUE NEWS

It was good to see our St Neots Monday 6 a side league return to its usual high standards with all teams in attendance and some entertaining games being played out across the night!

As we finish our first month of our new St Neots league, the race for the title is very close with no team out ahead and 4 teams all joint at points at the top on 6 points!

The highlights of the night saw three different hat-trick heros, one of them being Gareth Evans with 3 in the Aston Villagers' 6-0 win over The Kiddos and also Sully with the 3 in DCDC's 5-0 victory against Inter MyNan!

However, the most important hat-trick came in the early kickoff in a tightly contested game between Papworth Ressies and Law Abiding Sigurdssons. With the score ending 4-3 to Papworth, it was Owen Meeds' hat-trick that was instrumental for their victory and they are now level on points with the other teams at the top!
