Weekly update from our St Neots six a side league

We had a great night of 6 a side football at One Leisure St Neots on Monday, as we saw all teams in attendance for some thrilling games. Leisure Leagues employs a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour at any of the leagues that we operate. Any team or player seen to be behaving in such a way will face potential fines and bans.

The first fixture of the night was previous league winners DCDC FC facing off against a young Kiddos side, who could not stop an inform DCDC side from walking away 10-0 winners. Sully, Sam Brown, Ryan, James and Jozef with the goals.

The second game was a battle of the nans, as Inter Yournan took on Inter Mynan. Josh Osborne scoring two for Inter Mynan with one in reply from James, led to Inter Mynan finishing the game 2-1 winners.

In a battle between first versus second, Priory FC cleaned up the points in a 6-2 victory against Dolce & Lallana. Alfie Bowling netting a hat trick, whilst leading goalscorer Luke Fox scored two and a solitary goal from Kyle Morris led Priory to the win. Goals from Patrick Nowinski and Ross Buddulph could not stop the Priory boys from taking all two points.

The last fixture between Aston Villagers and Law Abiding Sigurdssons was an uphill battle for the Sigurdssons after conceding the first goal. Villagers then went on to take all the points with a 6-0 victory with goals from Lewis Griffiths, two from Ben Evans and Peter Colebrook and one from Nelson Lourenco.

We are looking to extend the league over the coming weeks by adding multiple divisions. All you would need to do is head over to our website and fill in an online entry form and we will be in contact with all the leagues details.

If any queries about any of our 5 a side or 6 a side league please feel free to give local area manager Conor Murphy a call on 07360 497281 or email [email protected]
