WOLVERHAMPTON MONDAY 6 A SIDE BREAKING NEWS 31ST OCTOBER

A brilliant night of 6-a-side football in the Wolverhampton Monday League with all teams in attendance and some fantastic games throughout.

The game of the evening this week in the Premier League was a 2-1 win for 'Whykanteiwin' and 'Dangerous Darren' as the two teams fought it out right until the final whistle. Despite both teams performing exceptionally well it was the 2nd placed team that got the win in the end and continue to have a very good season. Next up is 'Oldman Asthmatic' who have been very up and down the last few weeks so the team will have to be on form to beat them.

Division One gave us some exhilarating games but it was the game between 'Red Dragons' and 'Saka Potatoes' that goes down as our game of the week. Not a lot to split the two teams but it was 'Red Dragons' who were able to come out on top 2-1. Third in the league and on the same points as the team in second they will be looking to jump above them when they play 'Straight Outta Compton' next week.

The team of the week this week is given 'Wolves Nations FC' as they provided an incredible game in order to run out winners against 'Khalsa FC'. Out of the relegation zone and looking up the table for the remainder of the season, where will they finish come the end of the season?
